This agreement defines the rules for using ArbLense, requesting paid access, and relying on scanner information.
This User Agreement governs access to and use of the ArbLense online service.
By using the service, creating an account, starting Pro checkout, paying for access, or receiving scanner materials, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement.
If the user does not accept the agreement, the user must stop using ArbLense.
ArbLense provides digital informational services, including scanner views, structured data, analytics, alerts, account access, support, and related updates.
The value of the service is in collection, systematization, analysis, presentation, maintenance, support, and updates. ArbLense does not claim that every underlying data point is exclusive or unavailable outside the service.
The service is provided as is. ArbLense does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, a particular financial result, or suitability for a user objective.
All decisions based on scanner information are made by the user independently and at the user's own risk.
The service is not intended to encourage, organize, or assist unlawful activity.
Users must comply with applicable law, prediction-market venue rules, payment-provider rules, account eligibility requirements, sanctions rules, and tax obligations.
ArbLense pages, scanner views, data presentation, text, code, design, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property rules where applicable.
Users may not copy, resell, publish, scrape at scale, transfer access, or otherwise exploit ArbLense materials without permission.
ArbLense may suspend, limit, or refuse access when a user violates this agreement, abuses the service, creates security or provider risk, or when required by law or third-party provider rules.
Access restrictions do not cancel obligations that arose before the restriction.
Paid access terms and price are shown before payment. Pro is currently offered at $7/week unless a different term is explicitly confirmed.
Confirmed Pro payments are manual crypto deposits to a permanent address assigned by 2328. A card payment intent may be recorded without collecting card details; it is not a confirmed payment and does not activate Pro. ArbLense does not custody payment funds and does not request card numbers, CVC values, wallet secrets, private keys, transaction hashes, or venue credentials through the checkout page.
ArbLense shows the weekly invoice when it is due. There is no automatic debit: without a valid signed payment webhook, paid access is not activated or renewed and the account remains on Free.
Because ArbLense provides digital access and informational services, refunds after access is provided are not automatic.
A refund may be considered when access was not actually provided or the service could not be delivered because of a technical issue caused by ArbLense. The user should contact support promptly after payment for review.
Chargebacks or payment disputes should not be initiated before the user contacts ArbLense support and gives the team a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
ArbLense processes user information according to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the service terms.
ArbLense may update this agreement. The current version is published on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the updated agreement.
