ArbLense provides informational scanner views for cross-venue prediction-market price differences. The service does not execute trades, place orders, or manage venue accounts.

ArbLense is an informational scanner. It does not execute trades or custody funds.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for checking venue terms, eligibility, account status, order placement, settlement, tax obligations, and compliance before taking any action outside ArbLense.
No advice or warranties
Scanner output is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. ArbLense does not warrant that data is complete, current, executable, profitable, or free of errors.
Market and trading risk
Prices, fees, venue limits, liquidity, fills, and settlement conditions can change before both legs fill. Users can lose money even when a scanner row appears attractive.
Third-party venues
Linked venues are independent services. ArbLense is not responsible for venue availability, order execution, custody, settlement, disputes, fees, sanctions checks, or account restrictions.
No custody or execution
ArbLense does not hold private keys, custody customer assets, auto-debit wallets, or submit transactions on behalf of users. Its payment provider may assign a permanent deposit address for manual subscription payments.
Paid access
Pro is offered at $7/week. A one-time 7-day trial starts after the user chooses a permanent USDT TRC-20 or TON deposit address. Nothing is debited and no prepayment is requested at trial start. On day 7 and at each later renewal, the user must send the $7 invoice manually.
Payments
2328 assigns the permanent deposit address and sends signed payment webhooks. ArbLense activates paid Pro only after a valid webhook confirms enough funds for the due invoice. A displayed address, redirect, user-supplied transaction hash, or pending provider status is not proof of payment. ArbLense does not request venue login credentials, wallet secrets, private keys, card numbers, or CVC values.
There is no saved debit mandate or automatic charge. If a weekly invoice is not confirmed, paid access is not activated or renewed and the account remains on Free.

The Privacy Policy and User Agreement form part of the terms for account creation, Pro checkout, paid access, and use of the scanner.

All support questions, including access, billing, refunds, account, privacy, and service questions, should be sent by email to info@arblense.com. The public channel and Telegram bot are not support inboxes for these requests.
Acceptance
By creating an account, using the scanner, or starting Pro checkout, you confirm that you understand the informational scope, external venue responsibility, payment limitations, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement.
